Sending out the S.W.A.G. Challenge #1
At this point, the students want to know you are proud of them. They have completed the Speed Interviews, their parents are excited, and they need confirmation they made it. We need confirmation that they are willing to go into the 4th quarter of the game. Not giving up until they cross the finish line. So we introduce them to S.W.A.G. - Students with Achievable Goals. This will be a series of challenges the member has to complete with his mentee group throughout the year.
3 Easy Steps to Sending out S.W.A.G. Challenge #1
1. Give each member a copy of S.W.A.G. Challenge #1 Students with Achievable Goals.
The student's name and who their mentor is should already be filled out for the student at the top of the sheet. The contract into bottom section should be filled out and signed by the mentee's parents, and should be returned with the dues and t-shirt money attached.
2. Collect S.W.A.G. Challenge #1 -
It should be filled out and signed by parents, and should be returned with the dues and the t-shirt money.
**The information from the S.W.A.G, Challenge #1 will be used to create and contribute to MOD Correspondence List, MOD T Shirt Order Form , and MOD Data (Excel) Sheet.
